Two Young Founders Want to Rebuild How Schools Operate

HyperSchool Wants to Transform Traditional Schools Into Tech-Forward Institutions

India’s schools have rapidly adopted digital learning over the last decade. But behind the scenes, administration inside most institutions still depends on fragmented systems, repetitive workflows, and constant manual coordination.

That is the problem hyperschool.io wants to solve.

Founded by Veeraj (CEO) and Atharva (CSO), HyperSchool is building what it describes as a next-generation platform for school administration designed for the AI era.

A Different Vision for Schools

Unlike most education startups focused on students or online learning, HyperSchool is targeting the operational backbone of schools.

Admissions, attendance, examinations, communication, reporting, fee management, scheduling, and administrative coordination are still heavily dependent on manual effort in many institutions.

According to the founders, schools today are handling modern scale with outdated operational systems.

“Schools have evolved, but the systems behind them have not evolved at the same pace,” said Veeraj. “A lot of institutions are still spending enormous time managing workflows that should already feel seamless.”

Reimagining School Administration

HyperSchool believes the next generation of schools will not simply be digital. They will be operationally intelligent.

The company is positioning itself around a larger transformation happening across industries where AI is beginning to reshape how organizations function internally.

For schools, that opportunity may be massive.

India operates one of the world’s largest education ecosystems, yet many institutions still rely on disconnected administrative systems despite years of digitization.

“We kept asking ourselves one question,” said Atharva. “Why are institutions still spending so much human effort coordinating operations when technology itself has evolved so dramatically?”

That question became the foundation behind HyperSchool.

A Growing Opportunity

Rather than building another traditional ERP platform, HyperSchool appears to be positioning itself around a broader shift in how schools operate behind `the scenes.

The company believes technology should reduce operational friction instead of adding to it.

As conversations around AI continue accelerating globally, startups like HyperSchool are beginning to attract attention for applying those ideas to large real world institutional systems such as education.

With growing curiosity, HyperSchool (hyperschool.io) is emerging as one of the startups attempting to redefine what modern school infrastructure could look like in the years ahead.
