The creators of HanuMan donate more than Rs 2 crore toward the opening of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya

<p>The Teja Sajja film “Hanuman” is doing very well at the box office and is getting positive reviews from the public. The film, which takes place in the made-up hamlet of Anjanadari, centers on a young man who acquires Lord Hanuman’s superpowers. ‘Hanuman’s’ decision to become the first hit of 2024 led the creators to donate a substantial amount to the opening of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.</p>

<p>The creators of “Hanuman” posted an announcement on X using the hashtag “#HANUMAN for SHREE RAM.” As previously reported, Team HanuMan will make a large donation of ₹2,66,41,055 in exchange for the 53,28,211 tickets that have been sold for the Ayodhya Ram Mandir so far.”</p>
<p>In India, “Hanuman” has surpassed the Rs 100 crore milestone and the Rs 200 crore milestone globally.</p>
<p>During an interview with 123telugu.com, Teja Sajja conveyed his appreciation for the positive reception that ‘Hanuman’ received. “I am very happy indeed,” he said. The feedback to the film is astounding and coming from all directions. Viewers are devouring the movie. The reaction from other languages surprises me. While audiences in Telugu are acquainted with me, viewers in other languages aren’t even aware of me. Upon seeing the box office figures, I am overcome with emotion. For me, HanuMan will always be a seminal movie. I sincerely appreciate everyone in attendance.”</p>
<p>The actor continued, speaking to 123telugu.com on the anxious atmosphere leading up to the premiere of “Hanuman,” saying, “I didn’t feel nervous during the last ten days.” We thought everything would go according to plan. These days, the number of theaters and shows is growing daily. We thought HanuMan would last for a very long time. The movie will be seen by the public in the second or third week if not in the first. We had faith in this, and everything is playing out just as we had anticipated.”</p>
<p>‘Hanuman’s’ OTT rights have reportedly been purchased by Zee5. ‘Hanuman’s’ official OTT release date is still pending. The film, which was written and directed by Prasanth Varma, also features Vinay Rai, Raj Deepak Shetty, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Amritha Aiyer.</p>
