<p>Meanwhile, the Tata-owned airline purchased the nation’s first Airbus A350-900 aircraft last month with the intention of growing its international network. According to the report, a financing leasing transaction with HSBC was used to complete the sale.</p>
<p>Additionally, officials have said that it is expected that Air India would get its first six Airbus A350-900 consignments by the end of 2023. The remaining planes, however, are expected to arrive sometime in March of the following year.</p>

<p>In addition, Air India has ordered 470 more planes to strengthen the network. A321neo, A320neo, 190 Boeing 737MAX narrowbody aircraft, 20 Boeing 787 Dreamliners, 34 A350-1000, 10 Boeing 777X widebody aircraft, and 70 Airbus A321neo are among the list of aircraft.</p>
